Wow, an update?

Wow, so I am finally updating this thing after being here over a month :-).

So lets just say, I have honestly been having a great time. I moved up to my new location a few weeks ago, and have been slowly unpacking. So far, my main entertainment center, bedroom, and computer are setup. I still have about 10 boxes related to the kitchen, and random things I don't need to unpack.

Works been great, and the people I am working with are awesome. I've been trying to explore the area, but feel like I am falling behind since I am enjoying being lazy on the weekends. I did explore Fishermans Wharf, and Ghirardelli Square a few weeks ago, and I think my next trip will be to drive Lombard St, and go to the Golden Gate bridge.

This week I got to go skiing for the first time as well. We went up to Tahoe, and I took a Level 1 class, and honestly had a great time. I managed to not fall on my ass, and only spun around a couple of times. I wish I had gone skiing earlier in the season so I could have learned more, but I now have a new winter hobby for next season. I want to try to get good at skiing, and then I think I'll give snowboarding a try!

San Francisco is great so far. There are so many different areas to check out, and each of them have a unique feel to them. The area I am living is central to so many good and unique restaurants and bars, and I love being able to just walk to them. Chestnut, Fillmore, Union, and Steiner have so many great places that it'll take me a year to explore them all.

So yeah, I know this update isn't as jam packed as the last one, but I will definitely try to make more frequent smaller updates, rather than a few larger ones.
